ABOUT THIS PIECE
During the 1980s and 1990s, Over and Back produced yellowware inspired by traditional American utility pottery. Their Yellow Ware bowls were made in graduated sizes for nesting; this 6-inch bowl is one of the smaller sizes. It has a broad upper band and stepped, tapered lower body, finished in a muted green glaze with the yellowware body visible along the rim. The base is impressed with the Over and Back sailboat logo.

INSPIRATION
A useful size for smaller kitchen tasks and serving, or display it with other vintage pottery and kitchenware on open shelving.
