All sales are final. As a small shop offering curated vintage and antique pieces, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations. If you placed an order in error, please contact us as soon as possible at diane@themauvemaven.com and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at diane@themauvemaven.com with photos so we can make it right.
