Returns or Exchanges

As a small shop offering one-of-a-kind vintage and antique pieces, all sales are final. Each item is carefully described and photographed to help you shop with confidence.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled. If you placed an order in error, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please retain both the item and its packaging, then contact me within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging. I'll review the photos and, if the item was damaged in transit, provide a full refund.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived, please contact me. I'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it is confirmed lost, I'll provide a full refund.

Order Errors

If you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days. I'll arrange the return of the incorrect item and send the correct item at no additional cost. If that's not possible, I'll provide a full refund.
