How We Pack Orders

Here’s how I carefully wrap each order in secure, thoughtfully selected packaging that’s protective, beautiful, and easy to recycle when you’re done.

An item wrapped in gray tissue paper with jute twine and a kraft hang tag on light surface surrounded by packaging materials such as paper bubble, honeycomb paper, packing tape, printed packing tape, and fragile stickers

1. Secure Wrap:

Each fragile item is individually wrapped using honeycomb paper, paper bubble wrap, or packing paper for cushioning. Extra-delicate items receive an additional protective layer of rigid cardboard or double-boxing for reinforcement.

2. Artful Presentation:

Once protected, each item is wrapped in gray tissue paper and tied with natural jute twine. A handwritten thank-you brown kraft hang tag finishes the presentation.

3. Snug Fit, Safe Delivery:

Crumpled kraft paper lines the box and fills the spaces between wrapped items, locking everything in place. This prevents shifting and absorbs shock, so your vintage treasure remains secure in transit.

For added protection, tissue-wrapped textiles and linens may be placed inside a 100% recycled poly bag before being packed in a mailer or box. This helps protect vintage fabric items from moisture during transit.

4. Securely Sealed:

Each sturdy cardboard shipping box is sealed with kraft paper tape printed with my custom Mauve Maven design.
