CONDITION
Excellent vintage condition. Gentle polishing brought back some of their original shine but left behind the more stubborn tarnish. No dents or scratches.

ABOUT THIS PIECE
These silverplate candle holders date to the 1930s with a lovely aged silver finish. They have a particularly pleasing Art Deco profile, with broad scalloped bases and flared, vertically detailed stems. A repeating geometric motif follows the perimeter of each base. The low form gives them presence on a table without adding much height. Each is marked Paris Wm. Rogers & Son 5210 on the underside.

INSPIRATION
Mix these with vintage glass candlesticks for a collected arrangement of varied heights and materials. Their low profile also works nicely on a dining table where taller candle holders can interrupt sight lines.
