Description:
A pair of vintage Chinese embroidered textile panels, each featuring birds and flowering branches — one on a pale gold ground, one on warm rust — bordered by similar geometric brocade in olive green and muted gold tones. The embroidery is dense and detailed, with subtle metallic thread outlining some of the flowers. The ground fabrics have a fine lustrous sheen, while the coordinated borders create a collected look without being perfectly identical. Panels are unmounted and do not include a hanging mechanism. No maker is identified beyond the “Made in China” labels on the reverse. 

Condition:
Very good vintage condition. No stains, missing embroidery, or fading noted. One panel shows a small area of sheen variation. The thin olive backing fabric shows subtle impressions from the raised embroidery work.
