ABOUT THIS PIECE
This little flower frog is made of thick, clear pressed glass, with eleven openings arranged across its gently rounded upper surface. Its compact, low-profile shape makes it useful for supporting flower stems in shallow bowls and other suitable vessels.
Glass flower frogs were designed to hold individual stems in place while allowing water to circulate around them. They are reusable flower-arranging tools that can be used again and again.
INSPIRATION
I particularly like the clarity of this little frog and its low profile. It would work nicely in a clear glass or crystal bowl, where it could almost disappear into the vessel.
