Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, scratches, or other damage noted. The transfer decoration and gold details remain bright and intact.

ABOUT THIS PIECE
This substantial little porcelain dish has an asymmetrical scalloped leaf form, with one curved leaf tip folding back to create a small open loop. Transfer-printed mauve florals are set against softly shaded aqua and mauve porcelain, with raised gold accents on the flowers and leaves and a gilded outer edge.

The underside is marked Schumann Arzberg Germany and also carries a CICO Made in Germany Bavaria mark. Schumann Arzberg identifies the porcelain maker.

INSPIRATION
